Spring Program on AI for Management

The BAI Spring Program on Artificial Intelligence for Management is designed for management students and confirmed managers wishing to leverage analytics inside their business.

In our company visits in the greater Boston area we will meet some of the industries’ leading minds in pattern recognition, sentiment analysis, recommendation engines, and process automation.

In our seminars, we will examine the progress, and debate the opportunities, and explore the challenges of Artificial Intelligence in the foreseeable future :

• In our introduction to Artificial Intelligence, we will examine how the paradigm shift from narrow to general and even super AI can alter our perceptions of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• In our discussion of pattern recognition technologies, we will review current  applications of supervised learning and clustering in  multimedia document recognition (MDR) and automatic medical diagnosis.
• In our deep dive into speech recognition, we will help the session’s participants  understand  the state-of-the-art theories and technologies behind a number of speech related products and services.
• In our module on the foundations of robotics we will explore how robots interact with their environment and perform basic tasks involving motion, sensor data and decision-making.
• In our evaluation of Blockchain technologies we will analyze the basic concepts, use scenarios, as well as a practice using CryptoKitties  to extract data related to a single application.

On the Bryant University campus in Smithfield, in our company visits and social events in Boston the New England, you will have an opportunity to refine your analytical abilities with your classmates from all over the world.

By successfully completing the BAI Spring Session on Artificial Intelligence, you will earn 4 ECTS credits, as well as a BAI professional certificate.
